Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking:

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Delays:

Modern Ritual by Naomi is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure.

Incorrect Addresses:

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Damaged Orders:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at Naomi@themodernritualshop.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
