At Modern Ritual by Naomi, each product is handcrafted in small batches with care and intention. Due to the nature of our products, we have the following policy in place:

Due to the personal hygiene and nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. However, your experience matters to us. 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If something doesn't feel right with your order, it arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at Naomi@themodernritualshop.com with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Each concern is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and where appropriate, we may offer a replacement or a store credit.

Shipping Considerations:

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the shipping carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Allergy & Sensitivity Disclaimer:

Please review ingredient lists carefully before use. As every person's body chemistry is different., we cannot guarantee individual results. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs and follow instructions for use that is provided on each product's label. we believe that rituals are personal, and we want you to feel confident in every purchase.
